It’s an n8n automation on how I was able to create an automation to automate a very tedious and boring task. This task is to follow up or send emails to customers who wanted x feature or reported a bug. We send out these emails because we released an update that addresses the request or concern.
It was manual which can take 15min -1 hour per release depending on how many people reported it. So I just automated it so the support team can focus on something else. Below is how I achieved it. I blurred most of the things due to it showing some sensitive info;
